Strong partnerships with leaders across the organization help learning and development functions achieve positive business outcomes and create a learning culture. These partnerships require us to challenge leaders to be better and do better. We must give leaders a foundation, show them how to collaborate, and inspire them to do the right things every day.

In this talk, Malissia will share her approach and strategy as a key influencer, how she partners across the organization and with the c-suite to drive business results through training and development, and create a culture that is mission driven and focused on sustainable and adaptable solutions.
