Leading Humans @Work: Leadership Learning with the Brain in Mind

There's nothing more human about work than using your brain at work to learn and grow. Thanks to neuroscience research, we know simple, effective approaches to help everyone at work to learn, develop, and lead.

Learn the four steps to spark learning in the brain and engage learners.

  1. Train with the brain in mind and create a new perspective on your audience.
  2. Use brain-based questions to hard-wire learning in the brain and measure learning in the moment.
  3. Discover how curiosity improves your performance and inspires your audience to become better leaders.
  4. Name your emotions, tame your brain, and gain new thinking while helping your learners regulate negative emotions.

Bring out your best thinking - and your learners’ best thinking - to lead humans at work.
