Ever wonder how diversity affects your role, your team, and your organization? Join us as we dive into a relevant diversity discussion about the costs of misrecognition and what tools and techniques can stabilize the delicate balance of diversity and talent development in your organization.

Presenter

Erin Mires, PhD, is the owner of ECM Consulting, LLC. She has a doctorate in organizational development and leadership from the University of the Rockies and has developed numerous workshops and training programs for organizations of all sizes. She is an adjunct faculty member of business courses and professional development for the University of Louisville and Brown Mackie College - Louisville, and is an Air Force veteran having served as a Personnel Officer before moving to Louisville, KY.
