As the workforce continues to become more dynamic and mobile, learning strategies must adjust to meet the learners where they are. About our Speaker:
Brandy is a learning professional with a passion for virtual learning and maximizing technology that engages and motivates learners. She has been with Humana for 8 years, first working as a Learning Consultant within Senior Products Actuarial before moving to her current role as a Learning Technology Consultant where she develops virtual onboarding programs and the Welcome Center, Humana's award winning onboarding site. Brandy believes that virtual learning can be as interactive and engaging as face-to-face learning with applied learning methodologies and through the use of appropriate technologies.
