Brian Houp

Brian Houp is an Executive Leadership Coach that supports CSuite Executives and Senior Leaders in large organizations. His 1on1 leadership development work focuses on increasing capacity, improving performance and ensuring the leader can embrace the love of their work regardless of the challenges they face.

In 2013, following 14 years of successfully leading several teams through multiple mergers and acquisitions, Brian decided to shift his talents to building his own executive coaching and leadership development firm. At ReZone Coaching, he helps key senior leaders to begin to shift the way they see themselves, their work and those around them. With an increased awareness and intentional shifts of new and improved behaviors, leaders begin to quickly make positive strides that benefit themselves and everyone around them.

Regardless of the industry, title or business segment, all clients say the same things about their experiences with Brian. “He genuinely cares about me and my success. He challenges me to think differently and helps me figure out how to show up differently so I can get the improved outcomes that I want.”

Brian is known for his patient, open and honest communication style that leaves nothing unsaid. He knows the pitfalls of ‘success at all costs’ and believes passionately that every leader must find a way to establish his or her right combination of solid business results, ongoing personal development and a high quality of life that provides fulfillment for both themselves and those they care about most.

As a self-described "obsessive overachiever," Brian was shamefully voted the "Office Workaholic" at a very challenging time in his personal life. His wife was battling cancer for the second time, other family members struggled with serious addiction problems, and he was helping raise 2 young nephews in addition to his own sons. From this low point in his life, Brian has excelled to a place that now allows him to bring a unique combination of empathy and perspective in a way that leads to successful outcomes time and time again.
