Utilizing ROI Methodology to Deliver Business Results!

ATD Kentuckiana and the ROI Institute are joining forces to bring you one of the biggest events of the year!

Our lunch time presentation:

Using Design Thinking to Deliver Business Results And Increase the Investment in Talent Development

Executives recognize that learning is necessary to meet the challenges of a complex and global economy, to drive change, and to create greater stakeholder value. In short, learning is critical to an organization's present and future prosperity. Unfortunately, there are some persistent concerns within the learning and development community around the importance of learning as well as how and when it should be provided.

Dr. Jack J. Phillips, Chairman, ROI Institute, will put those concerns to rest by highlighting the reasons why learning is an absolute necessity, how it adds value to an organization's bottom line, and, through a methodical, 8-step, results-driven process, how to enhance the learning and talent development investment.

Our hands-on workshop:

The Bottom Line on ROI: Deliver Results That Executives Love!

This half-day workshop introduces the concept of ROI, the fastest growing metric for evaluating HR, Learning, and Talent Development. You will be exposed to the ROI Methodology, which includes developing objectives, collecting data, isolating the effects of the program, converting data to monetary values, tabulating appropriate program costs, and calculating the ROI. You will quickly see the advantage of using ROI as six types of data are collected and analyzed. This workshop takes the mystery out of the use of ROI with actual case studies.
