IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You will need a state or federal photo ID to enter the facility. There is a security checkpoint and once on property you will be escorted by a UPS employee at all times.

No entry will be permitted after 4:55pm because of the security process.

There will be a lot of walking and standing during this tour. Please dress comfortably for walking and standing.

Please wear pants (no skirts or dresses) as we will be going into a simulator and maneuvering to sit in the seat is difficult.

Please wear closed-toe, low heel shoes. The simulator facility has a metal open-grate bridge to cross when entering the simulator from the hallway.

There is one double set of stairs to climb at the training facility. Most of the tour is on this second floor and there is no convenient elevator.

Photos allowed only in designated areas or when permitted by the UPS escorts.

The tour will move quickly, so please ask questions when you think of them. We don’t want you to miss anything interesting!

Tour size is limited to 50 people.
