Earning Our Slice”  Becoming a trusted business partner to earn our seat at the table.

Guest Speaker Jennifer Hauber, Senior Director, Human Resources at Papa John’s.

A title may get you a seat at the table but you have to earn your seat to be viewed as a trusted advisor and business partner.  Join us to discuss how the Papa John’s HR Department transformed itself into trusted business advisors.  This transformation happened over time by working efficiently as a team, learning the business, seeking to understand the client group’s point of you in order to provide effective solutions, working to break down the stereotypes of HR, collaborating cross-functionally within other departments and never losing sight of what matters most, our people.
